Rodeo Ford in Goodyear, AZ is looking to hire a Mobile Service Technician!
Rodeo Ford is looking to hire a seasoned Technician for our busy service department.
Applicants must be 18 years or older and must have current and valid domestic driver’s license (AZ preferred) with a clean driving record and have the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
NO Sundays or evening shifts required!
Salary plus commission DOE.
This position will perform light/medium automotive diagnostic/repairs offsite of the dealership and is expected to document repairs, recommendations and invoice customers for services performed. Service
truck and tools are provided.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience of qualifications:
• 2+ years of Ford Service Technician experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic and Electrical
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Basic computer competencies, FDRS and IDS Certification
• Work independently in a dynamic Mobile Service environment with a build your business mindset
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, work order entry and inventory management
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a variety of environments
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Responsible for maintaining a daily schedule
• Can Do attitude, flexible with the ability to make changes as needed
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service
